Focus Protective needed one website to handle several different tasks without making the experience feel complicated. The platform had to present security services, promote professional training, sell courses online and give students a simple way to create accounts, access learning material and manage their progress.

The Brief
Focus Protective provides security services and professional training for people entering or developing careers in the security industry. The client needed a website that could communicate both sides of the business clearly.
A normal brochure website was not enough.
Students needed to browse courses, understand requirements, purchase training and access course material after registration. At the same time, companies and individuals looking for security services needed clear information, contact options and confidence in the business.
The website also had to work smoothly on mobile because many students and job seekers would access it from their phones.

Our Approach
DEZINIC planned the website around three main user journeys. One for customers searching for security services. Another for students looking for security guard or first aid training. The third for users who needed to log in and continue their online courses.
The navigation was structured so each visitor could reach the right area without moving through unrelated pages. Course information, service details, account access, payment steps and contact actions were kept clear throughout the website.
Course Structure
Training pages were organised around course information, learning requirements and registration actions. Students could understand what they were buying before moving into checkout and account creation.
LMS Integration
A learning management system was added so registered students could access online course material through their own accounts. This gave Focus Protective a practical way to manage digital learning within the website.
Ecommerce Setup
Course purchasing and payment functions were connected directly to the training journey. Users could move from course selection to checkout without leaving the platform or contacting the company manually.
