3. Consultation and Enquiries
When you submit a form on our website (such as a consultation booking or contact form), you agree to provide accurate and complete information. DEZINIC will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries in a timely manner, but response times are not guaranteed.
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the scope of work, client feedback and response time, revisions requested, and third-party dependencies (such as hosting providers, ad platforms, or content approvals). DEZINIC will communicate any expected changes to timelines as early as possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project requirements, content, and materials in a timely manner
- Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring they have the legal rights to any content, images, logos, or materials shared with DEZINIC for use in their project
- Making agreed payments as per the project terms
6. Payments
Payment terms (including deposits, milestones, and final payments) will be outlined in the individual project agreement or invoice provided to the client. DEZINIC reserves the right to pause or delay work on a project if agreed payments are not received as scheduled.
7. Revisions and Approvals
Each project may include a defined number of revision rounds, as agreed at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final approval of deliverables (such as website designs, branding assets, or ad campaigns) is the responsibility of the client before work is considered complete.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of final deliverables (such as website files, designs, or branding assets created specifically for the client) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. DEZINIC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing.
Any third-party assets used in a project (such as licensed stock images, fonts, or plugins) remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Some services, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting, or ecommerce platforms, involve third-party providers. DEZINIC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or performance issues caused directly by these third-party platforms, though we will assist clients in resolving such issues where possible.
10. Marketing and SEO Results
While DEZINIC applies industry best practices for SEO, AI-SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or sales figures, as these are influenced by many factors outside our direct control (including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and platform policies).
11. Cancellations
Either party may cancel an ongoing project with written notice, subject to the terms agreed in the individual project contract. Any work completed and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be payable by the client.
12. Limitation of Liability
DEZINIC will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and on time. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, DEZINIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
13. Website Use
By using the DEZINIC website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
